What we offer

When you use Venachar Lochside for your corporate event, it is exclusively yours for the duration and you will have access to the whole venue. We offer our experience in planning events to help ensure your conference or meeting is a complete success. And to help with the execution of the day, we have on-site support. We also offer team-building events. These away days help improve team cohesion and build team morale. And all of this in the most beautiful of settings. Three venue choices

There are three spaces for you to choose from, depending on how formal or informal you want to be:

Our upstairs space has a stunning wooden floor, giving the room an elegant feel. Seating 100 delegates, it’s bright and airy with inspiring views over the loch. We can arrange for any food planned to be served here as well.

Downstairs seats 100 delegates in a room with floor-to-ceiling windows, affording a 180-degree view of our beautiful surroundings. It has a set of double doors, leading out onto our south-facing lawn so your delegates can enjoy their breaks in the fresh air. Food can also be served in this room.

Our lawn and decking area offers a fantastic space with a more relaxed feel, perfect for a spot of lunch. And if you would like to hold a drinks reception in the evening to help your delegates wind down and relax, this is a great location for it. We can even supply firepits for warmth should you need them.

Sustainable corporate events

Sustainability is always top of the agenda for us with any corporate events we help to host. We feel that taking care of the environment we are lucky enough to have around us is our responsibility. So, with that in mind, we recycle absolutely everything we can. And we work closely with our waste disposal partners for continuous improvement.

We pride ourselves on being an eco-friendly business and we can work with you to plan your corporate event in a sustainable manner. When we have to use disposable items, they are always biodegradable and we never use single-use plastic. The local suppliers we use have been vetted to ensure their commitment to being sustainable is aligned with ours. And the food we serve is from local suppliers whenever possible to cut down on our menu miles. Our chef will work with you to match the menu to the atmosphere you are aiming for.

Accommodation

If you are planning to hold your corporate event over a few days here in Scotland, we can help you source some fantastic accommodation. Although we don’t have our own available, there are plenty of places locally for your delegates to stay. You can choose from friendly B&Bs, cosy guesthouses, luxury hotels and self-catering apartments or cottages, all within 10 miles of us. Alternatively, Glasgow is just an hour away. Whatever you choose, we can arrange a bus to transport your delegates at the end of your event.

Simply put, our wedding at Venachar Lochside was EXCELLENT. They delivered on exactly what they promised, were trustworthy, the decor was great and transformed the space from its day-to-day setup, the scenery was amazing and we had the service outside which was really unique, everyone LOVED the food (the chef is brilliant – would recommend you pop in for the fish & chips to try for yourself!), drinks on the veranda at sunset was stunning, they hosted a Whiskey tasting bar for us as we requested, and overall, we would not change a thing.
