• Can you help us arrange for a registrar/celebrant etc?
• Are you licenced for civil ceremonies?
• What are the room capacities?
• What is the minimum/maximum number of guests?
• Do you have any restrictions on decor?
• Do you have any recommendations for accommodation?
• What’s your cancellation policy?
• Do you have a list of preferred suppliers?

You’re very likely to have more, or other questions. And you’re likely to think of more when you see the venue on the open day. So take a pad and a pen with you to jot any more down. Make sure you take note of things like parking and ask if you can change things you’re not keen on.
